1. Introduction Welcome to Capitol Area Cleaners, LLC. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our online cleaning services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

2. Services Offered We provide residential and commercial cleaning services booked through our website or mobile application. The scope, pricing, and availability of services are subject to change at our discretion.

3. Booking and Payment

• All bookings must be made through our official platform.
• Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.
• We accept payments via credit/debit cards, online banking, and other approved      payment methods.
• Any additional services requested during the cleaning session may incur extra charges.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations made more than [48] hours in advance are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made within [24] hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a      cancellation fee.
• Refunds are processed within [5] business days.

5. Customer Obligations

• Ensure access to the premises at the scheduled time.
• Provide accurate information regarding the cleaning requirements.
• Secure valuables before the service begins.

6. Service Provider Obligations

• Provide trained and vetted cleaning professionals.
• Perform cleaning services to industry standards.
• Address complaints and issues in a timely manner.

7. Liability and Limitations

• We are not responsible for pre-existing damages or loss of valuables.
• Any claims for damages must be reported within [48] hours of service completion.
• Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the service.

8. Privacy Policy

• Personal data is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• We do not share customer information with third parties without consent.

9. Termination We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate accounts for violations of these terms or misconduct towards staff.

10. Governing Law These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland.
